Bacon practically raw. Didn’t follow order directions. Muffin cold and crumbly. Donut dense and hard-old tasting. If you’re hungry don’t waste time here, better off with a pop tart or oatmeal
This place is the worst! When I came in, I waited for like 10 minutes before someone even greeted me. the hired went past me and ignored me. customer service is hard here. the bathroom was also disgusting. When I finally ordered, I didn't get what I wanted, what a shame is because it was a free drink from the app. Save your headaches and go somewhere else!
Ordered decaf hot coffee and the sticker came out saying had caffeine regular one so I asked girl if it was decaf and to ask who made it she would not. She said that was only what said on ticket. Then looked at recite and said same thing so I am out of money and not drinking it. Not happy.
I came yesterday at drive through I ordered 3 frozen chocolate 2 donuts 1 mini begel. She took my orders so rudely like she don't like to take my order disgusting girl when I close to the window she dropped my drink and she blaming its her folt I will definitely post her name on the reviews. I hope she fired
