She said that was only what said on ticket. Then looked at recite and said same thing so I am out of money and not drinking it. Not happy.

I contacted the first time and spoke with a woman named Gina and she said to come in and get item replaced. When I went in the staff was unhelpful with my request for replacement. Definitely not happy with the service and quality of this specific product here also definitely disappointing I chose to spend my money at this location.

They often have all the lights on, computers running, and open signs displayed, yet the staff won't attend to the drive-thru. Instead, they seem to just sit in the booth, watching customers stuck in the drive-thru for over five minutes.
