I asked for one type of sandwich because they didn’t have it listed on the menu. Obviously I know how to read. He responded yes then proceeded to confirm something different. He gets mad at me when I get to the window, after I corrected him and fixes the order but then blames me for his mistake. I said thank you politely to getting me what I requested and he proceeds to come back to argue. At this point this is the second time I’ve gone to this location and they were RUDE! It’s been like a year since my 1st encounter, but they won’t receive another cent from me. PERIOD! The only reason I give 1 star bc at least he gave me my meal although he basically threw it at me without even a thank you! F- DUNKIN DONUTS!Shut this DD DOWN PLEASE!!

Disgusting location- papers everywhere donuts unfilled and paper hanging off the wall. The workers are mostly teenagers and don’t understand customer service. I requested, no demanded, a refund after receiving only sausage and a tortilla when I ordered a regular sausage wrap. I have to going inside to ask them to fix it they debated for over three minutes on what they believe they heard and then try to slap some cheese and an egg on what I had given them back. Get Jena (pronounced like Gina) from the store on 53 near lily cache. ONLY THEN would it be worth going. Save your money and your sanity.

I requested a rep... read more I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar, which is pretty standard. However, something was off with this coffee—it tasted burnt and sour. I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the second cup was nearly as bad. It seemed like they were using old coffee and just topped it off instead of brewing a fresh batch. Such a waste of money! To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking, and I was met with a gloomy attitude. I definitely won't be coming back to this location. There are plenty of other Dunkin' Donuts nearby, so I don’t need to waste my money here!

The restaurant is in disarray, with papers scattered everywhere, unfinished donuts, and peeling wallpaper. Most of the staff are teenagers who seem to be unfamiliar with good customer service. I had to request a refund after receiving just a sausage and a tortilla instead of the regular sausage wrap I ordered. When I approached the counter to resolve the issue, they spent over three minutes debating what they thought I had ordered, before trying to add cheese and an egg to the items I returned. If you really want to give this place a try, ask for Jena (pronounced like Gina) at the store on 53 near Lily Cache—only then might it be worth your time. Otherwise, save your money and your sanity!
