The new sign on the door indicates that they are open until 8 PM, but it's currently 7:40 PM, and the doors are locked. When I asked for entry, the person inside just shook his head in response.
Messed up my order so many times, at first I was like accidents happen, but this has been too many times now.
It's a dunkin,, just like the rest. No drive thru at this location which makes it a bit of a hassle to stop in the mornings.
I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich, despite the fact that there were no other customers present. The staff appeared more interested in chatting among themselves than in attending to their customers.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The two men on staff were quite rude to me, and they also prepared my drink incorrectly. I had simply requested a black French vanilla iced coffee, but what I received was loaded with sugar and cream. I'm not sure how there was such a misunderstanding, but I definitely won't be returning.
