I honestly did not expect to eat vegan in Bolesławiec, as my research showed nothing. To stay at Ibis, I saw that she was a vegan dish @Winestone, a very nice cozy restaurant, so I went for kaschotto (a Polish word game on Risotto), which was delicious, healthy and full! 4 stars, as of course I wish there were more vegan options! I honestly didn't expect to eat vegan in Bolesławiec, as my research showed nothing. Staying at Ibis, I saw they offer one vegan dish @Winestone, a very nice cosy restaurant, so I went for kashotto (a Polish word-play on risotto), which was delicious, healthy and filling! 4 stars as of course I wish there were more vegan options!
