Restaurace La Vida - Bolatice

I visited the restaurant last weekend during a business trip to Ostrava. Since I didn't know the restaurant, I chose it based on the menu offered. I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and well-presented interior upon arrival. We sat down and the service was immediately attentive. I ordered beef broth, flank steak with grilled vegetables and potatoes, and tiramisu. The beef broth was truly tasty, the vegetables were nicely crispy, and the meat was tender. I ordered the flank steak medium, but they brought it well done and some of the vegetables were completely burnt (my friend ordered the same dish and it was fine). As for the tiramisu dessert, it was excellent, there was really nothing to criticize about it. The service was very friendly, smiling, and asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything. I rate the price-quality ratio very positively, and except for the vegetables and overcooked steak (which was still very tasty, excellently seasoned, I have no complaints), I will definitely return on my next trip to Ostrava.

The atmosphere is stylish and comfortable, with very helpful and willing staff who can answer any questions regarding the menu or wine. The professionalism is evident in the clean and polished space. The food is simply perfect, offering both Czech and international dishes of excellent quality. Hrabůvka is a must-try place that should replace most of the pseudo-pizzerias on Masarykáči.
