The wraps were alot smaller than what i am used to it seemed asif i only got half a wrap

Feeling very upset. So I ordered 2 iced cuppachinos, and normal cuppachinos got here (that costs less) then the manager tells me she will fix it, and get the correct order here this did not happen. Finally, to open my food and see this. Not impressed

The staff are very nice, helpful and kind. The food is great and the machines are checked when there's a problem they will put a sign on that says out of order or do not use. Also personal trainers are decent and nice to whom they are training. I don't see the trainees upset at all. Gym overall: Well looked after, swimming pool clean, equipment is good enough to do what you came to do. I hope everyone reading this will have a great day and workout at the gym.

Brilliant place, excellent staff. Just the app that sucks. Nothing works on it.

The service is just horrible, honestly I always get horrible service. I don't know whether the staff need training for customer service, or they are just feeling overworked and underpaid. But it's a no from me.
