Bobby catered my sons graduation party for 80 people, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, ribs, baked beans, coleslaw and of course sweet tea. I and most of the people in attendance are true southerners and are very particular about our BBQ and this man nailed it!!!!! Absolutely the best brisket I have ever eaten. I'm not talking about GOOD brisket, I'm talking about the BEST brisket I could've imagined... Thanks to the staff and Big Bob for making us feel at home too!!!
