The woman behind the counter at 10 PM was so friendly and engaging, making our experience even better. Her warm customer service really stood out, and she definitely deserves a raise!

I eventually re-entered my security details and made the payment, but the whole situation left a very bad impression. I can't help but think about how this would have affected an older person or someone with a disability. This behavior was completely unacceptable.

It s... read more I wanted to share my experience at your café, as I've been a regular customer for some time. I have to say, I'm quite disappointed with the coffee quality. It seems that only a couple of staff members can consistently make a decent cup—maybe a 7 out of 10—when everything goes perfectly. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff produce coffee that's frankly not good; I often end up throwing it away. It's disheartening to think that even a $2 coffee from 7-Eleven tastes better than what I get at your place. Also, I’m curious why there aren't hot pies or similar options available in the pie warmer before 5 AM. It’s a 24-hour convenience store, yet it often feels inconvenient. Lastly, I noticed one staff member who seems a bit out of place—he has painted nails and appears unsure about himself. I hope he's doing okay, but it adds to the overall confusion. The previous owner had the belly guard hex bolts ti... read more I took my Land Rover Discovery to this place, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the service. The previous owner had the belly guard hex bolts tightened so excessively, likely with a pneumatic impact wrench, that I had to use a 20-inch breaker bar to get them out. It should have been installed with grease, and as a heavy diesel fitter, I was shocked by how tight they were—I honestly thought they might shear off. All they needed was a slight snugging. On top of that, there were missing screws. I have a pile of their invoices for car 672TTU, and I would recommend skipping this place altogether.
