Boise Fry Company - Boise City

My favorite burger place!!! Food is amazing, fresh, and local! I love coming here to celebrate milestones, birthdays, or just for dinner! I’ve brought both my parents and my husband’s entire immediate family when they were out here to visit! Thank you for being so awesome!!!!

Place is dirty! Walked the whole restaurant and there wast a clean table in the house. Also the menu needs better description. I ordered onions on my burger and they turned out to be pickled onions which ruined the whole flavor. The fries were way over done! Really hard and bitter! Payed 35$ for 2 burgers w/fries and drink and ended up throwing most of it out.

Came in 7:00 Sunday night.. Put in order with a very un helpful associate. No body else was in there when we arrived. The fry sauce counter was a total mess with empty containers all over , salt, and fry sauce . Several of the big containers were empty. A women arrived after us asked if the containers could be filled, The orange haired girl filled her cups from the fry area. Went to get our order they had forgotten the fries. I ordered the classic With out a bun there were no tomatoes.. Went back and the girl with orange hair said they were out. Why wasn’t that discussed when I ordered it? Also told the only fries were russets and reds.. used the bathroom no paper towels. Should we be surprised??!!

About a year ago I was unfortunate enough to have eaten rotten purple ketchup because the staff couldn't be bothered to keep their sauces on ice. The cashier was also incredibly rude when I tried to get a refund, which I never received. Decided to wait until management changed so they could get it together before eating there again. The downtown location got better so I gave this one a shot again today. The staff were pleasant but the food wasn't. For how expensive a burger and fries is here I expect decent quality food, not raw patties and greasy poorly cut fries and po balls that fall apart. They need to cut their prices in half if they want to fairly represent the quality of the products they sell.

Nice little spot, great selection of fries as expected, and the garlic aioli sauce is fantastic.
