Yokozuna Teriyaki - Boise

Came in for a solo valentine night and the cashier was very sweet, thank you so for the recommendation of the honeydew boba tea! Also the spicy peanut tofu yakisoba hit the spot and loved the music they played. Definetly a great night with Fergalicious playing in the background.

So I love some teriyaki, and decided to give this place a try. Unlike many teriyaki places that are typically staffed/run by people of Asian descent, a pair of nice Caucasian ladies seem to be the ones running this one. Service was quick and the place was clean. Not typical Asian decor, bright and colorful. The meal was good and fresh, but the portions for the price were a bit less than desired. I also got a boba drink which was quite good as well. I liked everything about it, just wish that the meal was closer in size to the price paid. The fact that they were moderately busy and I still got my meal from order in about 10 minutes speaks well of them.

Great place for quick healthy Asian takeout or dine in meal. Good for lunch or dinner. My favorite is the Teriyaki Bowl with brown rice, tofu and extra veggies. Vegan goodness.
