Be aware of bartenders putting extra drinks on your tab!!!!! I was over charged and have reached out to resolve the issue with no response and to top it off, none of the phone numbers listed work. Have some communication amongst the staff on your shift. If you pour a round of drinks when another person already did, you should not be putting it on the patrons tab, as it is YOUR mistake. Beautiful selection of whisky, they have other options, then only whisky, but overall it is a great place to have a drink with family or friends.
Stopped in just to give this place a first visit try after the football game. Place was crazy busy but we were able to find a seat near the windows. Not sure if it's normal here, but there was no table service so all drinks needed to be ordered at the bar. Not a big issue, but when it was as busy as it was, finding a spot to order was the key. We enjoyed a couple of old fashions, which were well made to our liking. By the second drink, several departed and moved on, and seating opened up at the bar itself. Bar tenders were very knowledgeable about their craft and were quite friendly even with the overload of business when we walked in.Would come here again if nearby and wanting to sample some fine spirtits. Perhaps we may learn a thing or two. They do offer more than just whiskey for those not liking that particular item.
Male Bartender with the ponytail was extremely condescending and rude when I asked what his favorite whiskey was. He said the well and have me a dirty look as I waited for an actual answer and he said do you want it or not then he told my friends not to order cocktails at an empty bar because You can 't order them when it 's busy he was shooting the **** for like 5 minutes beforehand. dude is clearly having a bad day and taking it out on everyone around him.
Has it all.Great lively bar in downtown Boise.Good service. Good product. Prices are okay.Happy hour has half off bourbon mixed drinks.No food. Straight up clean, proper whiskey bar.
Check your credit card statement after visiting this place. One of the bartenders added herself a hefty tip on my card. It’s sad that servers just assume they’ll get away with this type of behavior.
