Wetzel's Pretzels Boise Towne Square #3

Today was my first visit. I got the cheesy dog it was good, but the breeding was doughy. they didn't have a lot ready and I didn't have a whole lot of time to wait. The young lady working there acted like she didn't want to serve me. as I said in the beginning it was my first visit and it will be my last.

The staff was friendly and the service was quick, however, the person taking orders had their mask under their mouth. The staff member filling orders wore their mask properly, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the cheese sauce tasted like overly salted Velveeta.

I visited the lower level of the restaurant yesterday and the woman who served our food was one of the most impolite employees I have ever encountered at any store. She not only spoke to me rudely, but also slammed the register while getting my pretzel and gave me disapproving looks while adding salt to it. Her behavior was unpleasant and she did not provide me with good customer service at all. I will not return to this location when she is working, as I did not appreciate the lack of respect she showed towards me.

I visited Wetzels Pretzels and was served by the general manager, Rob. He took my order, gave me my pretzel bits and drink. However, as soon as I got to my car, I found that the pretzel was extremely hard. Despite asking for light salt, Rob ignored my request and heavily salted the pretzel bits. Disappointed, I ended up throwing them away when I got home.

Pretzels are good when fresh. The problem is 8 out of 10 visits the pretzels are hard and stale. New manager won't even come out to talk to you if you would like to complain. It also seems like they don't have enough workers to man the stores and to see an employee there again is unlikely. I love pretzels but won't go back.
