I attempted to visit this restaurant last night. The website indicated that it would be open until 11, so I arrived around 9:40 for some food and a drink. However, I found out that the kitchen closes at 9 and the bar at 10, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the server was very friendly and suggested a few nearby alternatives for us to try.

Because of her distraction and focus on the situation beside us, I ended up not receiving the item I had requested alongside my meal. I have always enjoyed my experiences at Twisted Timber, but this time was different. I found myself so put off by the situation that I couldn't even eat my pizza and decided to take it home instead. It might be beneficial for staff to receive some training in professionalism and customer service.

We hosted a football party here last night, and I must say the service was outstanding! The staff exhibited remarkable patience and a positive attitude throughout, which truly made the experience enjoyable. Football parties can be quite hectic for both chefs and employees, but they handled everything seamlessly. A big thank you for the excellent service!

This restaurant is a solid choice for dining. We brought a large group on short notice, and they handled it all wonderfully. The pizza is excellent—definitely the highlight of the meal. I wasn't particularly impressed with the nachos, but the pizza was outstanding. They only offer small (10-inch) and medium sizes, both with a thin crust.
