Starbucks - Boise

Extremely long wait time, line of cars for the drive thru was around the store and into the parking lot next door. Went inside to try to get through quicker and stood there 10 minutes while the cashier just chatted with the lady in front of me. Never even acknowledged that I was there waiting. Finally gave up and went down the street to Dutch Bros.

Person work there is so rude and doesn’t know how to make drinks. I’ve never seen anyone works in Starbucks that’s this rude. If she’s in Florida, she would get fired already. This is ruining Starbucks name.

I stopped by after doing some grocery shopping and ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and a vanilla cream cold brew. The barista accidentally made two pumpkin creams, and when I picked them up, they looked identical and weren’t labeled. I asked her which one was the vanilla, and she realized the mix-up and went to make it. In the meantime, I set the two pumpkin drinks aside to clear some space. When she returned with the vanilla, she asked for one of the pumpkin drinks back, even after I had already touched it! I gave it back, as it seemed fair since I only ordered two drinks and didn't really need a third. However, I've had similar experiences at other locations where they wouldn’t take back a drink I had touched due to health code regulations. Apparently, those rules don’t apply here!

I have to say I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly. However, as I'm not a coffee person, I found that all the drinks had a similar taste. The same goes for the smells. It would be great if they could offer a wider variety of drinks, perhaps including mint drinks or teas. By expanding their options, they could attract a broader range of customers.

It's Starbucks, so what did you expect? If you were looking for artisan coffee, you might have forgotten to include "local" in your search for coffee shops nearby. While your oversight might have been unintentional, it’s still a mistake, and it’s about time someone pointed out that objective truth exists in this world.
