What Katie C doesn't like about Smoke Thyme:
The fries had the texture of cardboard. The wings were burnt. The Bison Kobe Burger was flavorless. And the Hazy Pig barely had any pork on it. The Beer Battered Cheese Curds had the cheese melted out of the batter. This is probably one of the worst meals I have had in recent memory. I do not recommend considering the price! The food was incredible! The fries were wonderfully cooked and seasoned. The French Dip was incredible. Just a fantastic place. A little pricey but worth the wait and worth the money. Absolutely will be ordering from here again.

The food was delicious overall, but the fries were pretty soggy and limp... I ended up using some of the chili from my Chili Queso Nachos to make the fries more enjoyable.
The Cuban sandwich and Kobe burger were amazing. The fries were amazing as well. The Cuban sandwich just had the right amount of heat as well.
