While I stayed on the street in Hampton Inn, I decided to check this place. I ordered my food to go, the hostess was very nice and informative. I don't eat much Indian food, so I told her what I believed and she had some suggestions. The food was AMAZING. The cook did a fantastic job. I felt the food was tasteful and filled. I'll be back soon before I leave the state! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Saffron Indian And Grill:
Absolutely the worst Indian food I ever tasted....all was Blande with very little to no taste. Looks awful too. The food on the attached photo should be Lamb kabobs.... doesn't look like it to me, it was a kind of base meat and then shaped into an untasteful shape...? The hostess was great!! View all feedback.
I was there today, it was amazing. You have a new menu and I'm so excited to try everything. The food was delicious. It took some time to cook the food, but it was worth waiting. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for fans of Indian food. There is also a Hindu temple in the same building
Tried Saffron for the first time tonight, my wife and I loved it!! Highly recommend! Our waitress Andrea was very kind and helpful. We had tikka masala with garlic naan wow!! Will be back soon
The recommendation from my server Andrea was exactly what I didn't know I wanted. Great food with top tier service. I will definitely be eating here again. Andrea was very patient attentive. Surprisingly taking an already good resuraunt up another notch. Thank you for a metamorphic 1st time ordering Indian food dining experience.
I tried samosa here along with Chicken Chettinad. The food was quite good. My host was very polite, and she was very cordial to every customer and suggested good food. The ambience of the restaurant is also nice along with Hindi songs playing in the background providing a typical Indian environment. I will surely visit here again in future.
I just moved from Detroit, where you can find tons of authentic Indian cuisines. Saffron Indian Bar Grill was the first review I seen online, and I haven't stopped coming here since! The food is very authentic and rich, as well as the customer service! James and Andrea are there to stay and make it a welcoming place to be, I have never experienced an Indian restaurant to feel at home, I played pool with them towards closing time and if you're a business man/woman looking for a low profile place to drink and play pool instead of the noisy dive bars, this can be your secret place. They have a lounge next door and I can't wait until that's opened in the summer. It's located right across the Boise Airport in the Ramada by Wyndham Boise hotel and within the hotel, they've made the recreational center into a temple, it's really neat. This place needs to be known! Victoria
