The restaurant is upscale and pricey, located outside of a major city. They do not source ingredients locally, press juices in-house, or make items from scratch. Two drinks cost $24, and they are the only ones that offer options with hemp protein and greens. It is unlikely to find acai bowls or granola dishes like theirs in Idaho. You could try making your own at home with ingredients from Trader Joe's. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rush Bowls:
The restaurant was okay. I was expecting more granola and was surprised that it was served cold. I thought it would be more of a breakfast spot, but it felt more like a Jamba Juice with a few twists. It's good on a hot day. I was expecting individual cut fruits instead of them being mixed together, but I appreciate that they informed me of the current situation. They also offer whey protein shakes that I may try in t... View all feedback.
It's alright, expensive for not being in a big city and everything to not locally sourced, fresh pressed, or housemade. 2 drinks is $24. They are the only one around that has smoothies with pea protein and greens. I'm sure the acai for granola bowls also not easy to find in Idaho. I might hit up Trader Joe's and try to make my own.
It is alright. I was expecting more granola. Also just didnt think it would be so cold. Thought this was a breakfast place but seems to just be like jamba juice with few twists. Good on a hot day. Just thought there would be mostly sliced fruits rather than they were all blended but the 1 extra you tell them which is just on top i guess. They do have whey protine shakes which i could see myself trying in the future. Over all a bit over priced for what you get expecially since things are frozen and not fresh. Wanted to see store made granola and healthier options. Not very filling. Still hungry. Just a $10 snack.
Food is always great. Staff is always super friendly, service is just slow. I always grab it to go and still end up waiting 15 minutes plus... Made fresh so understandable to a degree but seems to be more on the lack of caring about the speed of service. Excellent food just dont plan on being in and out quickly
Delicious Mai Tai and very filling. My wife and I got 2 but will share next time... They are quite filling. Service was great and the young lady was super friendly.
If you like smoothies in a cup, then this is your place. If you prefer a true Acai bowl, with real fruit on top, lots of toppings included in your order, and a good size serving, then go to Boise Juice Comp. I had never heard of this place prior to stumbling upon it last weekend. I ordered some Tropical Bowl off the menu and I got a smoothie in a cup. It's good, but definitely not worth the money.
