We traveled from Seattle to Boise to see West Abbey Road, a Beatles tribute show. The Saphire Room where the performance took place was exceptional, and the show itself was fantastic. Our hotel was also impressive; it was well-maintained and offered outstanding service. Our room was spacious, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the incredible breakfast buffet included with our reservation. The selection was... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Riverside Grill:
I was really pleased to find a hotel menu that included vegan options for both dining in the restaurant and room service. I ordered the Beyond Meat taco and found the portion size to be quite small, which is often the case with hotel food. However, it’s a good choice if you don't plan on dining elsewhere. There were a few more vegan options on the menu that I didn't have the chance to try, but I hope they’re just as... View all feedback.
Nice hotel, but the rooms could be better, no smart tv and only a few stations. Had romantic package and they forgot to bring up the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries every night.Food drinks: Flatbread was amazing.
Such a beautiful motel and the rooms are always clean. Swimming and drinks are great too!! The Sandbar is the star!! Great food and creative music!!
We went for a girls staycation and had a blast. We hung out by the pool all day and felt like we were not in Boise. Great pool, drinks and
It was for a 50 year reunion on a Friday between 4-6pm. Had an outdoor patio, thank goodness because the inside area on the north side was extremely hot! Had drink service. The water tasted like it was straight out of the river and I had to leave because it upset my stomach. Ate no snack foods and hadn't eaten during the day,so it was the water. Fun reunion besides that!
If you like quiet this place is a nightmare. Watch my video.Live music is awesome. However, you would think you would be able to watch TV without it being drowned out by the noise of a hotel event. Even with noise canceling headphones I can literally feel every single note because I'm on the ground floor.I'm laying in bed listening to something with noise canceling headphones and I can still tell what song they're playing. It's crazy.Music ended at 9pm during my stay, but the drunk guests(who are just here to enjoy themselves, nothing against them) will continue to mosey throughout the property being loud for another hour or two.The building also smells old and damp. Not like the nostalgic old building smell that cool old homes get, But rather an old wet smell. My shower head is very short. I'm 5'5 and barely fit underneath it which is kind of crazy. Doesn't affect me but your 6'2 friend is gonna be holding the detached shower nozel over their head if they want coverage.Overall the accommodations in my room are equivalent to a low level Marriott. If you're looking to have dinner, listen to live music, and then walk back to a low level Marriott room, This place will definitely check those boxes. The location is lovely too. There's a bike path that runs along the Creek right behind the hotel. The staff were all super sweet too. Room accommodations and noise levels are very undesirable for the price. I stayed in the Marriott last night with nicer accommodations and a more comfortable bed for about half the price in a pretty nice area of salt lake. Granted not as nice, but I care a lot more about my sleep quality than anything else.
