What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because of the poor cashier, who was innocent in all of this. My daughter even asked for a receipt, and the manager rudely snatched it away and tossed it in the trash. This location is just two minutes from my house, but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere to places that seem more pleasant to deal with. View all feedback.
My Pizza was cold, normally The Hut is my favorite but this go around I was left sad. Its probably the lack of employees so I cant complain too much, I get it, however maybe next time dont offer delivery if you dont have enough drivers so pizza is still hot or at least warm.
Ok so I go to the pizza hut on ustick and maplegrove and they never make my pizza so fresh or my breadsticks they where so hard not fresh at all so I changed places amazing the pizza was so fresh and the breadsticks where so good I am so satisfied I will never go back to the ustick one ... State st only so satisfied
The pizza was super thin and not very warm. The delivery driver dropped the Cinnabons and spilt them everywhere; to his credit, he went back to the store and brought a fresh order.

One of the delivery drivers arrived at my house exhibiting cold symptoms. He mentioned that he was recovering from a cold. I couldn't believe he was handling food and even working in that condition! Is he even vaccinated? I took the pizza, walked to my side yard, and threw it straight into the trash. I was absolutely disgusted! I would expect a major chain to do a much better job of ensuring that sick employees stay home. What if he passed his illness on to someone else? I'm just incredibly disappointed and appalled. The driver's name was Dave and he was driving an orange Volkswagen.
