I had the tofu rice noodle bowl (bun), and it was delicious! It had a nice sweetness that wasn’t overwhelming. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the portion was generous. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to return to try more dishes. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Pho Nouveau:
The staff was excellent, but the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the lemongrass chicken with shrimp, while my girlfriend had the Vermicelli bowl with pork and spring rolls. The chicken was cooked well, but the pork was tough and nearly inedible. In fact, the only protein that was cooked well was the shrimp.
