My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary in Boise, and we discovered this charming little shop! Now, as we approach our fourth anniversary, I couldn't be more thrilled to return to Boise and stock up on more delicious oils. Our favorites are the Tuscan Herb and the Cilantro Roasted Onion!

The restaurant offers a wide variety of oils and vinegars available for tasting at just $2 per person. The staff is incredibly friendly and engaging; being from Texas, we felt right at home with their warm hospitality! We ended up purchasing the dark chocolate balsamic and the umeboshi plum white balsamic vinegar, but there were so many other fantastic options to choose from!

With options like Ginger and Black Garlic olive oil, Pomegranate-Quince, or Alfoos Mango Balsamic vinegar, how could you resist?

I’m hooked on their oils and vinegars—nothing from the grocery store even comes close. They elevate my salads and cooking to new heights. My family can’t stop praising the flavors. I also appreciate that I can bring my bottles back for refills. The staff is fantastic at providing recommendations.

I happened to walk by and stumbled upon this hidden gem of a store. The staff behind the counter were very friendly, and the enticing aromas in the shop made it even more inviting. I picked up a set as a gift for a family member who has promised to let me taste it. I can't wait!
