What User doesn't like about Masala Bistro Boise:
It's OK.. food wasn't particularly great. We went for dinner and got the butter chicken and it was so vibrantly red it was slightly concerning. If you're looking for Indian in Boise, I would say drive the extra 10 min to Bombay. May be a little pricier but better food in my opinion. View all feedback.
We all had a great time at the buffet. The food was delicious, and there was an impressive selection of dishes. Although they were a bit slow to refill the Naan basket, it was definitely worth the wait when they finally did.
This has quickly become my favorite restaurant! The food is amazing, and the prices are fantastic. I can't wait to return!

My new favorite spot! Great prices. I can't wait to return.
This place is perfect for Indian food fixation. the lunch and dinner buffets are perfect for what they get. endless naanbrot, many different curries, and as much rice as they can eat. the lamb curry has some of the best lamb they can get in idaho and they do a good work to confuse this taste during the curry. the chicken masala was sweeter than what I usually use, but still tasteful. this is not a place they take their chef to impress them, but it is the perfect little corner to hang and have good eating
