What a great selection of ideas. one of them included the infusion of blackberry, strawberry, blood orange, etc. from sweet to semi-dry. had the flight of all 8, everything really goes. they had a science night, on the second Tuesday every month. this month was a big discussion about natural weather disasters in recent years, from a member of the noaa. they offered a menu of thy smokeme. they could ring their apple wine and eat, which was a nice comfort. had the steel head salad with fresh smoked salmon, strawberries, blueberries, tweepers, feta and speck. also had the white dogs, which are covered with speck and a kitschigen white engraving.

This place was exceptionally clean and beautifully organized. I'm not a huge fan of **** drinks, but my companion really enjoyed them. I tried the coffee wing, ginger peach, wolverine, and I can't recall the fourth one. They all tasted fresh and crisp, with no unpleasant aftertaste. I particularly loved the coffee owl; it had a strong coffee flavor while still being refreshing and light.

This place is serious! small and family-run, with a wide range of interesting aromes. we got the flight and tried them all – as many delicious and unexpected combinations. our children had an explosion with the children of the owner, and it was great fun to meet carissa (one of the owners) and to hear everything about their five-year journey where they are today. in any case worth a visit!

I had never tried apfelwein before, and honestly, I doubt I would have discovered its sweet and complex flavors without the passionate way Carissa presented it to me. Longdrop Cider is a family-owned business right here in Boise. This Idaho family has dedicated themselves to building a legacy, putting in long hours, and navigating moments of uncertainty. Their beautiful American business stands as a testament to the best of Boise. Thank you for making my evening so enjoyable. I will definitely be back soon!

As a beer enthusiast, I have to say this place is fantastic! The flavors are exceptional, and for fellow beer lovers, they even offer ciders infused with hops. Carissa and her husband are incredibly creative, and I really appreciate their adventurous flavor combinations. Excellent job, Topanga! I'm definitely coming back to Ohio with 6L of your brews.
