What a delight to have this picturesque restaurant in my neighborhood! The food is excellent, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. I'm grateful for the variety of vegan dishes offered on their menu. We truly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant! View all feedback.
Carnivores won't even notice the absence of meat. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the band was great and not too loud for conversation.
After missing the Koffee Klatsch for so many years, it's great to see the same good energy and an even more thoughtful menu selection gracing Boise's food culture. The menu is a breath of fresh air a blend of the familiar with a twist of adventure. We ordered two different salads and each was a substantial meal. To facilitate efficiency in the kitchen, guests order at the counter and the meal is delivered by attentive staff, enhancing an informal dining experience. There's a play area for little ones to provide an outlet for youthful energy and the work of local artists accentuates vibrant decor. It's rumored that a farmer's market is expected to bloom adjacent to the patio as the season warms sure to support the growing interest in local, wholesome foods. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back for more.
Was attending the Great Basin Consortium meetings at BSU. Found Kind Cuisine via reference from a local. A colleague and I went for dinner week night. We asked for a quiet table and they gave us the Gathering Place room. The room was full of plants and eclectic posters and original art. The food was well presented and excellent taste, well blended, tasty but not overly spiced and with minimum salt.. The wines were reasonably prices and also excellent, organic and nicely presented. I would recommend the Kind Cuisine to anyone that loves good flavors, and gracious service.
We celebrated Valentine's Day here, on someone's recommendation. Food was terrific. Best vegan entrees I've had in a long time. Will definitely be back!
First time there, went for a light dinner. Apparently you order breakfast/lunch at the counter, but they have table service after 6pm for dinner. We walked in at 5:30, only one at the counter helping someone at the coffee bar so we grabbed menus and sat down. Two tables walked in after us, they were seated and served drinks. We weren't acknowledged for 20 minutes or so until a server asked if we knew to order at the counter. Fair enough, but why weren't we offered drinks like the other two tables? So a bit unorganized on the service, but no biggie. Food was great, chili looked popular so I had nachos. Black bean with sweet potato chili, very good but no kick to it. Server asked if I wanted jalapenos, I said yes but didn't get them. Fresh Salsa was good and a little rooster juice (Sriracha) fixed it right up. Better half had some carrot dahl soup that was excellent along with some flatbread. Would go there again and now that I know the proper way to order I won't starve.
