Good Burger - Boise

Employees do not have proper health training to be feeding the public.Crop tops, piercings, no hair nets, unsafe shoes for a greasy floor. Being next to a fryer shouldn’t be taken lightly let alone the storage of utensils that handle our food. Touching food without gloves. Eating then touching our food is pretty gross.

I honestly think my experience was bad because of one employeei tried getting it a few days ago but a few people forgot to pay who had left but instead of going over and talking to them he just yelled at the other lady who was working in spanish, for almost 10 minutes i watched this happen, just standing at the counter waiting to orderi went back today and it was the same guy working, my order was wrong, got pickles when i said no pickles and didn’t get lettuce, on top of that he got my name wrong and just shortened it saying “well your … today”. he wasn’t able to apply the discount i’m eligible for and when he was making my burger i saw him chewing and eating, must’ve been toppings, and he wasn’t wearing gloves, and handed me the burger with grease all over the wrapperthe employee is a guy with high prescription glasses and a grey ponytail, bigger dude, i don’t think i’ll be coming back

Horrific. Burger and fries with drink, nearly 15 bucks. Dry meat, cheap wet bun. Waited nearly 20 minutes for the worst lunch I have ever had, and I am 70.

Had a great service provided by sweet little Columbian woman and young dude. They were very kind and enjoyed their help. I speak I little Spanish and tried speaking to both of them as they cooked and helped me out.

Food was great, chicken nuggets were from a frozen package but taste great, fries taste amazing, made honey mustard sauce in-house and tastes amazing. Service was great! He even remembered to get our cup of water :
