Funky Taco - Boise

Always impressed by Funky Taco! Great food. I love that they have healthy options for individuals like myself with digestive issues. Who knew fried rice bars would be absolutely divine?!

Awesome place for lunch! The food is unique and flavorful. We got the Papas as an appetizer, probably the best fried potatoes I’ve ever eaten, super crispy and perfectly seasoned. My husband got the Korean Pastor tacos, which he loved, and I got the Special Nachos, again, best nachos I’ve had. The roja chicken was was so tender and flavorful and the beer cheese sauce was was on point. I also loved all the crispy fresh and pickled veggies piled high on top of the nachos.

The flower power tacos were delicious. I would highly recommend them. However, they were the most expensive tacos I have ever had and did not come with any sides. The total cost for four tacos, two sides of corn, and two regular drinks was $50, not including tip.

I have tried many cauliflower tacos and the one at this restaurant is definitely one of the best I have ever had.

This restaurant is renowned for their delicious vegan cauliflower tacos known as Flower Power, which are absolutely amazing. They have recently added vegan nachos to their menu that are quite large in size. One member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian shiitake birria. The food not only looks appealing but tastes exceptional as well. I can't wait to try out some of the other vegan options during my next visit.
