Fujiyama Japanese - Boise

Food was fantastic, more fish than rice on their rolls. The freshness of the fish is amazing. It was a shame we had lunch earlier in the day. It would have been nice to have tried more rolls, but we were full. The staff was very nice and attentive. It is too bad we don't live close because this would become our go to places. We got our food in no time. If you are considering a sushi place, you must come and eat here you will not be disappointed.

Ten members of our family enjoyed a fabulous birthday dinner at Fujiyama this week. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. Every meal was prepared with care using the freshest ingredients. The sashimi, sushi rolls, tempura and teriyaki chicken were all top notch. We wholeheartedly recommend Fujiyama Boise on Milwaukee!Kid-friendliness: Our three young grandchildren enjoyed the teriyaki chicken dinners at Fujiyama. The food was beautifully presented and delicous.Wheelchair accessibility: The staff graciously moved tables to accommodate a large wheelchair. Parking was easy right at the front door.

I recently celebrated my birthday at a table for 11, and I was truly impressed. One of my family members uses an electric wheelchair, and the restaurant made sure they were well accommodated. The food was absolutely perfect, and the service was outstanding. The sashimi was undoubtedly the best I've had in the Treasure Valley. I will definitely be returning! As for parking, they offer sufficient handicapped spaces. My family member was able to easily exit a van designed for an electric wheelchair without any issues.

I usually stop by this restaurant whenever I'm in Boise. The sushi and sashimi were good, but they didn't taste as fresh as I expected. The chicken yakisoba was tasty, but the green peppers overshadowed the other flavors. The miso soup and salad are consistently excellent appetizers. The waitstaff were friendly and very accommodating. I also noticed that many of the staff members spoke Chinese rather than Japanese, which was quite surprising.
