Dutch Bros Coffee - Boise

Line was crazy, and my drink wasn't as usual. I ordered and paid a medium and got a little. When I asked that she looked at me like I was wrong and it was what I ordered. ? I still drank it and returned, as they are even the worst day better than all the others in the city.

Clearly not the place to stop when you’re in a hurry. I’ve been in line for 15 minutes now. They’ve helped one car so far. There’s these white lane dividers so I can’t escape and there cars behind me. There’s three cars in my line and four in the other. There’s no one out here taking orders so they’re ready at the window.Finally made it to the window after 20 minutes. They didn’t even apologize for the wait.

I lost interest in this place years ago. I don't care to wait in line for coffee for 20 minutes while they chat your ear off. Fast forward to this Christmas. I needed to get a gift card for a family member and I wanted coffee badly. I decided to get a breve while I was in line. I should have known!!!! My coffee tasted like hot water with a little bit of milk in it. A breve is just espresso with steamed half and half. I should have been able to taste the coffee. Total disappointment and confirms my reason of why I ended my coffee addiction with Dutch Bros a long time ago!

My daughter grandson really love this place. The staff is very efficient the staff is always nice polite the one on Milwaukee is close& my daughter I try to stop 2-3 times a week if not more. They have made our drinks worth coming to get one everyday if we could afford it. They are AWESOME PEOPLE. FRENCHIE D.

Im so frustrated, im not typically the kind to leave a bad review but someone needs to talk to their staff about time management. My girlfriend and I both work overnight shifts and we try to get here early to make sure we have coffee for our nights. However the last 3 or 4 weeks the service has been horrible.I know working in a pandemic is hard, and part of their charm here is how friendly they are, however it should not take 30 minutes for 5 cars (each getting 1 coffee). Not even including the cars who drove away out of frustration. We've been here since 8:00PM and I had to drive OUT OF LINE to get my girlfriend to work on time. Now I'm back in line and its taken another 30 minutes to get ANOTHER 3 cars through. Where is the runner who usually come out to grab our orders so they can move this line along.This used to be my favorite Dutch bros to come to, folks like Emory and the blonde/ ginger guy who usually works with them really made this place shine. But all these new folks are too slow, and don't seem to even realize it. Please get someone back there who knows that the line NEEDS TO MOVE.Other dutch bros in the area do NOT have this problem. Even the one in downtown, where its all foot traffic is faster than this. I cannot imagine what must be happening inside for it to take this long. If there was only 2 folks inside I might understand but there is at least 4 or 5!I will not be tipping for this trip, if I even stay long enough to get my coffee before I have to go to work. T.I.P.S. stands for to insure prompt service and this has been anything but, taking a full HOUR AND 30 MINUTES.
