Sandwiches are always great, but you absolutely pay a premium for dining at this Boise landmark. Don't forget to grab a stockpile of free chips on your way out with your food! View all feedback.
What Chris O doesn't like about Cobby's Sandwich Shops:
I gotta go with three stars on this one. Service was ok, food was decent. I ordered Italian sausage on foccacia bread, which sounds really yummy. Unfortunately, it was kind of a let down. Especially the bread, which was pretty bland. I was bummed out because I had eaten at a different Cobby's years ago and remember it being quite better. View all feedback.
Best sandwich in Boise. Been going there for 30 years. Friendly and very helpful staff. Half 3 and chowder soup. Yum yum. Subway and blimp not Evan in the same ball park. Keep it going guys.
I haven't been to Cobby's in years and I have no idea why, but I was craving a sub today and didn't want the chain sandwiches, didn't want something from that place down the street that calls itself a Deli. Best sandwich in town, hands down. The pastrami had a flavorful smoke ring around the edge and enough pepper to bite back through the veggies. You don't want to pay for quality? Go to one of those other places and bite into a sponge.
Sandwiches are always great. Staff is friendly and dinning area is always clean. I have family that has moved to California, its always their first stop when they come for a visit.

I have never tasted a sandwich better than the ones at Cobby's. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. The price for the food is great!
