Solid Sandwich Shop in Boise. Better than hitting a chain fast food shop. Anytime there is an Ian Johnson jersey on the wall is a good sign. Had the French Dip, it was great and I like things that are great. View all feedback.
What Heidi Buckridge doesn't like about Cobby's:
16 dollar 8 sandwich (for ref gas is 4.40/gal) came with stale bread. The amount of material was underwhelming as well. This was at lunch time, not some off hour. Wouldn't go back if it was half price.
I was impressed by this sandwich shop. Most sandwich shops are quite ho hum, but this contains more exotic farewell, including my favorite Capicolla ham. I rarely find it in the Boise region. I had it on Focaccia bread, which tasted locally, and got it with the standard supplements, although I dressed a little Italian as they made it in Pittsburgh. It was beautiful and had exactly the right balance of vegetables to meat, and was not so full that I could not get it in my mouth. My husband got the egg salad and he said it was as good as possible what was high for him. We both have a bit more for $14.85, this is a full sandwich, soup or salad bar, apple or orange, chips and a drink. Neither one of us could eat more than half of our sandwiches or chips and had to store our cookies later. In our opinion, great value for money.
$9 for a four-inch meatball sub? I didn?t realize it was going to be that tiny until I brought it home. I feel robbed. Their food is good, but not that good?

Price: $14 for a 8 .. $20 for 12 ... Enough said. Taste: Ordered a meatball sub and was very average. Portion: small sandwich, if I could afford two I'd be full. Ambiance: one of the coolest restaurants I've been inside of, in Boise. Everything is a beautiful dark wood stain. Carved wooden sculptures about the store, very neat. Service: would give a 5 star if my system was solely based on this category. Great employees at the time of my visit. We had a good time.
