Boise Fry Company

Below was my review of this place but not anymore. Literally eat at this location every single week, order two meals, tip 15% or more, sit at the window seats and eat our meal. We 're quiet and there 's rarely many other people in there when we go. We just went in and were told that they are no longer going to serve us because we make people uncomfortable. I have never felt so as confused about a situation as I do about this one. There was absolutely no reason for this, likely just an employee that didn 't like how we looked or something, I 'm totally shocked. I have worked in food service myself and totally understand something like this with people who make a scene, but we 're a quiet couple and we 're polite and we go there every Friday night for a dinner date. I will NEVER go to Boise Fry Company ever again and I will make sure to share the experience we had with everyone we meet. This is not how we treat people in Boise. Shame on you Boise Fry Company! You give Boise a bad name. You have lost my respect. Crowded dining and uncomfortable seating but otherwise a great experience. Food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly.

An amazing local gem. The prices for a burger and fries are a little steep, but it’s local and high quality!

Fun place with super good food and fun ways to have it! Oh, and they make bunless burgers too!

This place is not as great as it used to be. We waited way too long to be able to place our order, the order itself took long and the food still came out partially wrong. The burger patty was overcooked and the bun was hard due to it being toasted for too long. The fries are ok but not amazing. The service was alright, the atmosphere was not it. There were customers there at the same time that were being WAY too loud and should have been asked to dial it down. Overall, you’re probably better off spending your money somewhere else.
