I was very pleased with the burger I got, well toasted bun, burger was cooked perfectly with a majestic crust and juicy(kudos to the cook). Honestly, if I'm ever here again, I'd come back not thinking twice. My waitress (whom name I forgot, sorry) was a pro too. What Michael Calabrese doesn't like about Bardenay Boise Airport:
The food looked appetizing but it was one of the worst dished I've had. I ordered a black bean and mango salsa chinichanga with fries. It was very tough and hard to eat or even cut. It was fine definitely better then any other airport food I’ve had. The burger was kind of bland, but the fries were tasty. Service was pretty quick too. Mostly the only issue was getting a table; there were several available to accommodate the line of people, but most were dirty.Food: 3/5
Extremely disappointed! Got to the airport early and was looking forward to having a house gin martini with blue cheese olives (our favorite since we are regular patrons of Bardenay). Waited 20 min while the waitress one by one took the order of everyone around us, including people that walked in AFTER us, and never once acknowledged us. No menu and no water. Probably one of the least busy times at the airport. Walked down to Cross Grain brewhouse which is twice as busy as Bardenay. Was greeted, seated and served a beer immediately.
Tacos and service was great. Beef was cooked to perfection.
My new favorite spot at Boise Airport! They close early (last call around 7pm on a Monday) but prices are MUCH better than other spots in the airport. Food and drinks are great and service is friendly and efficient. Choose your own seat and someone will get you a menu right away. Great experience and this will be my go-to at Boise!Food: 5/5
The waitstaff and bartenders were extremely rude. It took a long time to receive my order, and they treated me as if I were a nuisance. They could not provide any estimate for how long it would take to prepare my takeout order. When you're at an airport and need to catch a flight, timing is crucial. I would not recommend this place.
