Best Western Plus Suitcase Paris La Défense.

Friendly reception staff, rooms were lovely and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Great coffee machine. Links into Paris were pretty simple from Bois Colombes which was a 5 min walk. Nice and quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Central Paris!

Great hotel at reasonable rates with good air-conditioning and breakfast. Clean rooms. My only problem was that some of the lights didn't work in the first room I had, and then in the second the air-conditioning worked but the control panel for it seemed to malfunction. But everything else was great!

Cleanliness is below average hair and stains everywhere cups were left uncleaned for a couple of days until we complained twice not a 4 stars hotel no service-you have to go to the reception to pick up stuff , they do not send anything to your room

Overall this was a nice hotel, the staff were welcoming and accommodating and the area is lovely. The parking is very convenient. The problems were that it seemed a little bit dirty in the hallway, and initially on our first night the shower didn’t have any hot water. We called the reception and explained that the hot water for the tap was working, just not the shower. And when we returned later they had fixed it, but the shower never got really hot just warm. Additionally, the shower door was broken and it was difficult to open. But the room was nice, clean and had a nice desk area.

Stayed here 29th April to 2nd May 2022 Great service on the door and very warm welcoming, check in was easy. Room were clean and tidy , very spacious and comfortable. The quality of staff were great and would definitely stay here again and also recommend, Max From London
