Absolutely lovely establishment. Atmosphere outside is wonderful. Our server Tristan was just awesome, even after our Churro Sunday went down like the titanic after my sister spilled a glass of water. Definitely find one of his tables. Highly recommend.
We have driven past this establishment countless times and did not know it was a Mexican restaurant. We thought it was a coffee shop! We stopped after a hike and had a lovely dinner with great service. After learning that it was a BYOB, we returned the next night with a bottle of Spanish red. Even better! Every dish was fresh, the patio was lovely and, again, the service was very, very good. It will become a regular stop for us.
We were very disappointed with the quality of food. It was very under seasoned. We sat inside, but the number of flies in the dining room was probably worse than outside. What is it like in the kitchen if the flies are that bad while we were swatting and eating? The interior was dirty. The bathrooms needed major attention. Half the light bulbs were out. There is so much potential for a really cute place, but it looks like they stopped caring about 10 years ago.
