Lucky Star Pub Eatery - Bohners Lake

We enjoyed our 1st time there. Greeted with a smile. The rest was the same. Soup was from scratch. Sandwiches were just as good. We came from Kenosha and plan on going back!! Almost forgot...the menu had the right word at the right spot. No fireworks, just drew you in to read the next offering!

Our food was terrible. Hash browns were greasy and crispy. Overcooked and/or old. Chicken fried steak also greasy. Not crispy. Sausage gravy was gloopy and cold. I ordered poblano peppers in my omelette, and got some sort of broken sauce on top which had zero flavor. Server wasn 't on top of things or we would have told him. We ordered a coffee when we got our meal. He brought it out 15 minutes later and said, Here 's your coffee I totally forgot about. We asked for a manager twice. On the second request, she came out, and we told her we hated our food. Eggs and toast were okay, actually. She offered us something else, but we had thrown in the towel at this point. Then she walked away. I told her I didn 't want to pay for the food, which I never do, but this was a particularly terrible meal so I spoke up. She never came back, so we left. Never coming back.

Food was good. The waitress was suggestive saving me money vs ordering this, this, and that as add ons. Parking: Parking is in back and along sides of building easy access to door with short walk. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes accessible for those in wheel chairs

Good egg Benedict. My favorite thing to order. Service great. Waitress is great and attentive.
