The food never seems fresh; the rice is frequently hard, and the meat is often dry. The portion sizes are quite small, and for $15, I expected much more. I would not recommend this place at all.

I've had it with Chipotle.

The queso, which is usually amazing, was completely off this time—it was thick and had what looked like mushroom pieces in it. I was really disappointed.

I said I got nothing else but the rice and beans. No aides at all!!!!!!! It all depends on who you have at the register!!!!!!! Normally it?s 1998 for a veggie bowl!!! And the white rice was at the bottom. It?s as hard as a rock!!!!!!!! Disgusting

The kids chicken and cheese quesadilla came with just a tortilla and a side of chicken along with the other sides. I dont understand why we frequently have trouble with this store and giving us plain tortillas instead of made quesadillas as ordered. If it wasnt one of the only restaurants my food allergy child could eat at, we would have stopped eating here a long time ago.

The place was quite dirty, with broken chips on the floor and unclean tables. Despite that, we tried to overlook it since it was 8:15 PM and there were only the two of us as customers while five employees were present. However, none of the staff seemed interested in serving us; they looked at us and then turned away. One person was busy cleaning the grill, another went to the back, and the girl at the counter glanced our way before walking off. My daughter then suggested that we leave since it was clear they didn’t want to assist us. With no other customers around, we ended up leaving hungry and went somewhere else to eat.

To make matters worse, I found hair in... read more The restaurant was cold, and they got my sister's order wrong by adding guacamole, which she can't have, to her burrito. To make matters worse, I found hair in my bowl while I was eating. I have long blonde hair and I know for sure that it's not mine. I will never return to this Chipotle again; the one in Patchogue is much nicer anyway.
