This is a very good restaurant to have the real taste of authentic Colombian food. I was taken to this restaurant by a good Colombian friend who lives in Bogota. He chose all dishes after asking me what I did not like, we had a feast. From a kind of Meat Mixed Appetizer platter (sausage, pork, beef), Ajiaco Santafereño (soup) and Cola de Vaca (Oxtail Colombian Soup) which were all delicious, YUMMY. We had local beer... What Ints Zariņš doesn't like about Sopas de Mama y Postres de la Abuela:
We went there with 10 people from the family and tried several dishes. They ranged from distgusting to barely eatible. The Bandeja paisa was the worst I every tried. It was all prepared, stored in the fridge and partially heated in the microwave. View all feedback.

So much meat for so little money! For 8 USD I got so much food I couldn't finish it. And the food was so good I wanted to finish it, even though I was stuffed. I went on a Sunday afternoon, so it was pretty busy and noisy and the service was ok. The food, though, was great.

We had local beer with the meal and ended up with great dessert. We had a great experience, excellent customer service and price was very good -even though I was invited I could tell prices were good. Highly recommended for visitors who look for real local food.
