Came here based on it being featured in a Lonely Planet for Ajiaco. It's beautifully decorated with a covered patio. Service was great and the Ajiaco was delicious! It was a lot more expensive than I was anticipating for lunch though (around 25000 for water, Ajiaco, and side of patacones). View all feedback.

Hoy preceisamente hablando de Value based pricing, me queda justo decir que el servicio de este restaurante es apenas normal, el ajiaco típico nada que envidiar, normal. Creo un precio alto por el servicio y el sabor. Esto a pesar de no ser costoso View all feedback.
El ambiente es tranquilo, con decoración tradicional de utensilios de la cocina colombiana y fotos de comida. La comida en sí misma es deliciosa, con un toque casera que la hacen única, le tinto también es exquisito. El mesero es un encanto, también sabe mucho sobre la cuidad, les puede recomendar sitios para visitar. 100% recomendado. Se come delicioso en un ambiente familiar.

Ríquisima comida, variedad de platos típicos y a buen precio. De las mejores comidas que tuve en todo Colombia durante mis vacaciones.
Okay! I've had empanadas before, but they just broke my head. The menu is very limited, but I think they really sell fast, because everything we had was fresh and crisp. The Solo Pollo and Carne and Ajiaco with egg and carne stuff were all really fresh and delicious. We had 1 of each and regretted later not taking a few. They serve food with a choice of green spicy diving, which is also from this world. I'm ever back in Bogota, I'll definitely go back. Heaven for Empanada lovers.
Restaurant recommended on our LP guide, but as usual we should not have trusted them because they are almost always wrong when it comes to food. Ajiaco was finished (strike one), the bandeja Paisa got my wife was only bland (strike two) and the mixed parillada I ordered mainly as hard as leather soles. 2 stars and not 1 as the waiter was really trying to impress us and extremely warm and professional.
