La Vieja Suiza is a great small boutique breakfast & lunch place, offering about 20 seats. Because it isn't listed (yet) in the Lonely Planet, I havent had any trouble getting a table in 2 visits. It is run by a friendly German / Austria couple, making it easy to communicate. A great selection of bakery delights with my fav being the spinach and cheese pastels heated up and on the fly from their service window... you can also sit and enjoy if you want. Service was average but it was all about the sweets so no biggie.... I'll go back! View all feedback.
If you want a great German sausage or some great pastry with a nice coffee, this is the place to go. The people are very friendly and the atmosphere is like you are in The Alps.
Go there if you wanna have a really good meal. They do not have a big menu but its very fresh and the staff is great. Try the pastry

Lo que más me gustó fue los desayunos, delicioso, el pan eleborado en su propia panadería es exquisito. La atención la mejor.
Das Café in deutsch-schweizer Führung mit eigener Bäckerei bietet mitten in Candelaria das beste Frühstück, was wir in ganz Kolumbien bekommen haben. Wir waren wirklich total begeistert: Ambiente, Qualität, Geschmack - alles super! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
