Ribs are really good and soft. They are a bit pricey, but good nonetheless. Don’t bother with the sides: fries are good, but coleslaw is a bit meh, and cornbread is a ripoff. View all feedback.
The most authentic southern BBQ in Bogotá. Always tastes so amazing and I come back every time I visit.
Another trip to Bogotá and another trip here. Great tasting smoked bbq.
A Diferent and delicious sandwich, puller pork. Nice combination of pork and cabbage.
Very delicious ribs and pork belly but the sauce they use is bit TOO sweet… but will come back and try more.
Always nice to find meat that you can eat as it is, without carbs. I had Morrillo ahumado and I chose cornbread as a side dish (torta is very small, they should be more generous with it, it's not macaron). The meat came with 3 sauces, 1 spicy (very spicy for Colombia), one normal (spicy in Colombia) and the other one I didn't quite undertood what it is because it seemed tasteless. Some more spices on the table would be appreciated and also more options for side dishes (salads especially or some good bread, like pan masa madre).
