Brisa marina - Bogotá

We stayed in Bogota for 2 months and had the opportunity to visit Brisa Marina twice. Because we knew it could be very busy, we planned and arrived at 11:30. I have a nice table on the second floor on the window. Food and service were very good every time we left. We ordered various dishes from the menu and all were delicious. We had the seafood Cazuela, the whole roasted Red Snapper, Robalo entero, Salads, Sangria and other drinks. Make sure to order their Yuca Frita, it is the best Yuca Frita you will taste. Prices are very reasonable. And all employees very professional and friendly.

I checked Brisa Marina a few years ago and I have to report that it is still excellent. The food is high quality and the way the restaurant is guided with all staff in impeccable uniforms, the tables are nicely laid. It is not cheap, but the best places are never. Note that the restaurant is NOT open for dinner.

The food and the place are both very good, the place is very clean and you can tell that has been renewed lately, the variety is ok but the waiters are terrible. Hope they can change that because is the only thing lacking

Well, I have came there a couple times and each one has been a good experience, the sea food is wonderful, the music has the correct volume and the environment is perfect to eat a big fish cooked still the perfection. But the restaurant has to take care about the service when many people go to the place, it is possible that server forget the order and loose the costumers in any case.

Bogota has clearly no coast but the fish served here is one of best in the country. Fish so good there is no need to over dress with sauces or herbs. A must visit for any seafood lover. The staff are friendly and professional. As fish are sold per weight so better be hungry as they are 'often ' out of small fish. Highly recommeded. Try the fried yucas
