Rarely experienced something like that. The food was ordered to be picked up, when we were told by phone that it really didn't taste good, they offered to bring the food back and the money would be refunded. On site it was said that it would be rebuilt. Within 5 minutes, 4 portions of pasta were remade(? , no money back. Still tasted terrible afterwards!!! When I called again, there was screaming in the background and then I hung up. Never again!!
