Shell - Feedback

What Any American likes about Shell:
They have the BEST 90/10 ground sirloin...WHEN they have it. Because it is cut/ground by hand and packaged in the store, it is high quality. The meat is cut about twice a week, it seems. They sell out! Their steaks and pork chops appear to be high quality as well. I would give 5 stars if they always had meat, or even if it were ready when they say. The first 2 times i ate there it was great so was the service but the 3rd time i went there today the service and the employee was not great I ordered a hot ham cheese sandwich and that was it I set there 25 minutes and still didn't get my sandwich as a matter of fact they haven't even started on it a sandwich and when I complained about the service the redheaded girl yelled at me and told me to never come back so I...
