Whataburger - Boerne

Thanks for getting ready and ready to donate meals to our firefighters!

Because of a very hectic morning trying to take care of an emergency situation with a dying horse bleeding badly I had no time to look in the mirror which let's go to the bathroom or do anything as far as eating or drinking my only goal was to get help for the horse and it was next to Impossible being Friday. After being at Herbst Veterinary Clinic and getting things moving in the right direction for the horse I came to Whataburger without a wallet because it was stolen 3 days ago and they were two were as gracious as ever and kindly hand me a medium cup so I could get something to drink. This was a humiliating experience for me because who likes to ask for anything for free being parched, I put my pride aside and I asked and the man didn't even hesitate. Just want a burger fitting on who's working is very pet friendly so I when I give them a shout out for helping me this morning because I was so busy helping a horse I neglected everything I needed to get myself going so thank you Whataburger very much I think the guy's name was David that helped me and I want to say thank you

I LOVE this Whataburger. The food is always good. The customer service is excellent. I have not gone inside so I can’t comment on the cleanliness. But I look forward to stopping here when I go to Boerne

The food was so good! Customer service was superb, we had a little mix up because I gave them the wrong number when they brought the food to the table, they handled it quickly and professionally and didn't make me feel dumb about the mix up! Will be coming back! I also love the versatile menu, so much to choose from!

Whataburger is undeniably the best fast food burger in town. Employees were friendly and the order was perfect. Seems I'm somehow disappointed with other fast burger places.
