Our waitress was friendly, but we experienced significant delays—over 30 minutes for our cocktails and even longer for our food. We all ordered salads, two of which had grilled shrimp, and it seemed unreasonable for the shrimp to take over half an hour to prepare. It looked like the waitress was struggling to manage everything by herself. There were only four tables occupied, so we were puzzled by the lengthy wait, especially since she mentioned there was a large group order, which we never saw; they weren’t there when we arrived. Meanwhile, a couple at a nearby table, who ordered after us, received their cooked meals—though no salads—before we got our food. It became clear that the kitchen is overwhelmed when handling more than a couple of tables. They really should consider having more waitstaff available!
