IBM Klubhaus - Böblingen

Although the restaurants in the Stuttgart region have begun, I am not sure whether non-IBM employees can dinate in the restaurant or not, provided it has opened again. Nevertheless, I have given up a second order here via Deliveryando because they are the only one that offers Balkan food and German cuisine. For the second time I started with the same Balkan appetizer, which can be like an antipasto dish with Balkan meat, cheese, salad and olives. This time, I tried another Balkan meal called Pljeskavica, which is a grilled dish of seasoned meat-patty mixture of pigs, beef and lamb. It is a national court of Serbia, also popular in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and North Macedonia. My wife went with the German carving with mushrooms. We also ordered a Pork Cordon Bleu as we wanted to eat this treat for several days. Of course we added the cheese sparrow. If you want something else, then this is worth trying because it is definitely unique. I just don't know what the rules for eating at the restaurant for non-IBM employees will be.

I was thrilled when I first saw this place while I made one of my long walks in and around Schönaich. Of course it was during the COVID, so this place was a ghost town. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that this restaurant was added to Deliveryando. I've been trying since I was here. It has an excellent menu with a beautiful mix of German, Croatian and Balkan food specialties. Although I am for the time when you try something new, you could also go big or go home. That's why II started with the Balkan food, which is like an antipasto plate of cured meat, hard cheese and olives. For the main meal, I filled with cheese at Pljeskavica, a Balkan special, minced meat and pork. It comes with a brown sauce on top as well as a bit of onion, cabbage and Ajvar. I also ordered a delicious white carving dish complete with perfectly cooked frits. To round off everything, which German meal would be complete without order from Spätzle? Of all, that was just an average latency, but all the other dishes were amazing. I loved her so much!

Jagerschnitzel serves delicious with mushrooms, light gravy and sparrows. Pumpkin soup delicious. Federer Weiss delicious. Everything was hot with a beautiful presentation. Eat with wine and a beer. 34 euros. Beautiful view from a whole glass wall. Park location.

Good food. The service may vary from good to good depending on the person. Do not go out the way to visit, but if you are close, why not.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious meals that are budget friendly and they even have some great kid friendly options! The staff is wonderful to work with and provide you with a friendly environment for social gatherings or business gatherings. They are accommodating to Americans and speak great English! We enjoy bringing our entire family to dine at this restaurant.
