This is the second sushi bar we tried in Norway and decided to dine here after reading raving reviews. well. We were quite disappointed and didn’t order more to finish our meal. Buffet seem to be the popular choice but we ordered ala carte a sashimi and a sushi platter for a start. The sushi rice was not cooked properly and there was too much vinegar in it. Probably less obvious in the maki rolls but super obvious with nigiri . The maki is also not wrapped well so you can see some of the rice at the bottom barely sticking to the main part.
