Contribute FeedbackGourmet au Bay offers a lively and relaxed atmosphere with delicious, fresh food options. The wine selection is varied and well-priced. While some dishes like the arugula salad and Sinatra flatbread stood out, others fell short in portion size or quality. Service was generally good, although there were a few missteps with orders. The location offers a beautiful view and is a hidden gem off the main road. Overall, Gourmet au Bay is a great spot for a casual meal with excellent wine choices, but be prepared for some inconsistencies in both portions and service.
Great food by the water. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Recommended dishes: Raw Oysters, Wood Roasted Mussels

Perfect small plates, and the Shishito peppers were such a delightful (and delicious) surprise! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Since our last visit the menu has been severely ristricted, portions are extremely reduced, especially for the price. The paella for $24.00 was just a small 4-5 dish, the oysters were only three small oysters for $12.00. All of the dishes were served with no bread to soak up the wonderful juices. All in all the food tasted great, the service was great, and the wine was great but the portions for the price were lousy. Will have to think seriously if we will come back. Very disappointed. Also some of our previous favorites are not even available now but are listed on the comment section below.
I can't say I would recommend this place since it was more of a tourist trap. The taste of the food wasn't bad but it was also on the average side. You do have to order and pay prior to sitting which is understandable because of dine and dashers. You have no idea what the food will look like let alone the taste. The service was fast and the place was clean. The prices for the food was outrageous compared to what we received. I don't mind paying for good food but it was a bad tourist trap. Tapas are fine but it doesn't say that and you pay a premium price equivalent to going to a fine restaurant. 28 dollars for a four inch crab sandwich was disappointing. Another 24 dollars for a 4 inch wide by 1/2 inch deep pan of paella was also disappointing. The amount of paella was equal to a cup chowder. Nothing special, the food was tasty but nothing special. Basic local beer and wine, not bad. The price of alcohol was fair. Sorry to say we won't be returning. To many other restaurants to go to and 28 dollars for an item isn't bad if you get what you pay for but unfortunately this place is not it.
