At 60% utilisation, ho... read more The operators are striving to meet the customer, however, in my opinion, with the task clearly overwhelmed. 35 seats are offered on site. At 60% utilisation, however, the operators no longer follow this. The main foods are brought so time-shifted that the first of the group are already ready with food, while others have not yet received their main food. On the other hand, food and drinks were forgotten to serve. After speaking the host to this state, he pointed out that his pizza oven did not have the capacity to comply with the order. My answer to this was that he should not offer so many places or should just point out to the guests in larger groups this condition. His reaction to this was that he had nothing to do, and we rather went to visit Blue-eyed and did not pre-order, WTF?! I don't want to know what condition is when all places are occupied. Therefore, my opinion is friendliness and an idea not enough to offer service and quality!
