Gluten-free pizza rolls, pizza, pasta and even dessert

What a wonderful experience!!! The staff were all incredibly friendly. They actually have the gluten free products they use on display at the bar, which was a very good sign for me. Our waitress took my request for a gluten free pizza in absolute stride and was happy to answer questions. When the customary basket of rolls and herb butter alongside some delicious looking bruschetta arrived for my four non celiac dinner companions, I did not expect the waitress to turn to me and ask me to wait just one second. She brought me my own freshly baked gluten free rolls and bruschetta, along with my own herb butter to prevent contamination. I was over the moon at the thoughtfulness and of course, the taste. The pizza itself also did not disappoint. Home made gluten free dough, fluffy and crispy, with just the right amount of cheese everything you could want from a pizza. And it was brought out seperately from the others no mixing up the plates. I felt very safe, with the staff being so friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I will definetely come back and I can absolutely recommend the Da Carlo.

Wirklich leckere Pizza und Pasta. Es wird mit Produkten von Schär gearbeitet. Zudem sind die Preise sehr fair und der Service ausgezeichnet.

Es gab eine leckere Vorspeise aufs Haus, die Pizza war schnell fertig und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Glutenfreie Nudelgerichte wären auch möglich gewesen. Am Ende gab es einen Schokoriegel aufs Haus.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort essen, ich hatte glutenfreie Nudeln gegessen und meine Familie glutenhaltige Nudeln. Beides sehr lecker. Als Gruß aus der Küche, gab es, für mich Glutenfrei und auf einem extra Teller serviert, Bruschetta und Brötchen mit Kräuterbutter. Auch alles sehr lecker. Zum Abschied bekam ich noch einen GF Schoko Riegel aufs Haus . Ich würde dort immer wieder essen gehen.
